HOW FAR AHEAD SHALL I BOOK MY WEDDING FLOWERS OR SPECIAL EVENT WITH YOU?
We recommend booking with us 1 year ahead of the Big Day. This gives us time to source out any special requests you may have, and ensures that we book your wedding date into our busy schedule. We can still work with you up to 6 months ahead of the event. Check out our Wedding-a-go-go Packages if you are in a hurry.
IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED ?
Yes, we ask for a $100.00 deposit. A month or more before your Wedding, we would like you to pay 50% of your remaining balance, and the remaining 50% should be paid the week before your Wedding.
WHAT WILL I NEED TO ORDER ?
Most Wedding parties will need:
DO YOU RENT ITEMS?
No, we have no rental items.
DO YOU DECORATE THE RECEPTION SITE?
No. However, we will design a plan for you, and it will be up to you to arrange for delivery to the site, install, and take-down. We will recommend other vendors who offer on-site decorating services.
WHAT ABOUT IF I WANT TO DO IT MYSELF?
Wonderful! We sell floral supplies, and we have Wedding party Make-my-Bokay classes. Need fresh blooms? We can order those in for you, and teach how to correctly hydrate those precious blooms so they last for your special Day. You must call and pre-register for Make-my-Bokay classes.
I HAVE AN OUTDOOR WEDDING CEREMONY, AND WILL NEED CUSTOM TWIG GARLANDS and WREATHS, DO YOU DESIGN THESE?
We can make any length of garland for you, out of Birch, fresh Salal leaves,fresh Magnolia leaves, or Evergreens. Twig garlands have to be ordered before the trees leaf out. This means you should order in Jan. Feb. and maybe March... Evrgreen garlands will only be available after we have had 2 killing frosts, so from October onwards, depending on the weather. Need Twigs? You can place an order for twigs, we may have Birch or red osier dogwood. Wreaths with custom monograms can be ordered.
WHAT SHOULD I BUDGET FOR WEDDING FLOWERS?
We have 3 Packages which are intended to assist you in Budgeting. They are a guideline, and subject to change. Of course, if you add additional items into your order, your total price will change.
2. The Milan Package - Total cost $ 961.50 - 1,161.50, add 13% hst to total
This includes the Bride's bouquet, 3 bridesmaid bouquets, groom's boutonierre, 3 groomsmen boutonierres, 1 throw, 6 corsages, and 1 ceremony tabletop floral.
3. The St. Tropez package - Total cost $1,562.00 - $1,762.00 plus 13% hst.
This includes the Bride's bouquet, 3 bridesmaid bouquets, groom's boutonierre, 3 groomsmen boutonierres, 1 throw, 6 corsages, and 1 - 2 large ceremony florals.

We just need a Bride's Bouquet and a Groom's Boutonierre, but we need it in a hurry!! Can you do it?
Yes, Our Runaway Packages start at $200.00 plus hst.
WE JUST NEED .... will you do that?
In most cases, e.g. if you just need 1 bouquet, or just some corsages, we can do that.

- a Bridesmaid Bouquet for each bridesmaid
- Flower girl bokay
- Ring Bearer pillow or boutonierre
- Doggie floral collars
- Flower Garlands for Elephants or Camels or other
- Corsages for : Mother of the Bride, Mother of the Groom, Grandmothers, Guest book attendants, Aunts, readers at the Church, anyone who has made a special contribution to your celebration
- Boutonierres for : the Groom, Best Man and Groomsmen, Father of the Bride, Father of the Groom, Grandfathers, uncles, ring Bearer, anyone who has done special things for you both.
- Guest book Table floral
- Cake Table decorations and /or decorations for Cake
- Church or ceremony pew markers
- Church or ceremony floral arrangements
